won’t learn

Anyone can learn if we choose to.

When we choose not to learn what we need to keep a job, build something that actually serves, or be heard, there might be a few reasons behind it.

We didn’t give it enough time. If these things don’t work, I’ll move on to the next project (give up too soon). My audience doesn’t respond to my work, then it probably means it doesn’t work.

Another reason is emotional disconnection. Feeling insecure, angry (especially when we receive feedback),  resentful, or stressed, we remain stuck at where we are. Instead of seeing how learning can help us improve and grow, we let our ego and fear to take over.

Limiting beliefs suggest that our ability to learn and grow doesn’t exist. If I can’t keep this job, I’ll find another one, just like I did before.

Rather than constantly changing jobs, we can stay at the place that genuinely cares about us and choose to learn.

We will eventually learn from someone or somewhere, why not now?
