who is this about?

Often, we hear people praise someone's quiet leadership as powerful. They have a high empathy capacity and are willing to listen and care about others. Even though these are all true, when we overlook what drives these people to do so, we might focus on what's on the surface.

When I encountered these empathic leaders, I noticed they seemed clear about one thing when it comes to interacting with others: the interaction isn't about them but other people.

With this clear understanding and decision, they focus on what others say, feel, and need.

After all, empathy isn't performance but a conscious alignment inside out.
