where do we meet?

A service or product exists to solve a problem. We are often asked what the customers hope to gain from our product or service. We try hard to wrap our heads around it guessing all the needs of the audiences that we could think of, but often we overlook that this is the question pointing both ways.

That is what we offer. And this is what people need.

It's a space or a proximity where two sides meet, the space where we get to know each other and build trust. It's also the space where we tell an honest story, "I'm not 100 percent sure about this. But there is no other way to be sure so I am going to leap and find out more."

Often what we all look for is to understand ourselves through the product or service. And that might be true for both sides too.
