when we need empathy the most

Many reasons lead to a low-empathy state.

When we feel hungry.

When we are in physical pain.

When something consistently bothers us, and we can’t get over or tackle it.

When we are in financial distress.

When we are tired.

During the transitional phase, uncertainty is high.

The list goes on.

The harder it is, the more we must support ourselves with empathy.

Letting our empathy level drop and remain low is one of the reasons we experience more stress and challenges.
