When things are at odds, there are at least two ways to look at it: something isn’t working, and it’s crucial to figure out why, or they are supposedly working this way, and it’s normal that they are at odds.

The issue with normalization isn’t about keeping peace and harmony the way it should, but the opportunity to lean in and figure out the potential problems underneath.

When we choose to avoid facing the truth, we also choose our fate as the one without possibilities.
