what has the Internet changed?

The Internet has changed how we find information and each other. The information, choice and connection abundance has changed our way of living, connecting, and seeing the world.

The Internet has changed generalization.

The generalization that we were familiar with has been proven working less and less. To create a business with the belief that it’s for everyone has turned out to be for no one. This belief doesn’t even work for the public radio and TV stations anymore, now with the choices of streaming services and other mediums.

Instead, we are living in a world where specification and customization work.

The more specific we are about the journey we embark on: the purpose- why our businesses exist, the values we believe and operate on, the goals we are aiming for, and the people we want to connect with and rally around, the higher the chance we achieve the goals.

Our journey starts with specification.
