warm-up

Warming up is the most crucial part of a professional dancer's daily routine. It prepares their bodies for peak performances and helps them achieve the most challenging moves.

Warming up to each other before starting an event, meeting, or class helps people connect. This small step brings understanding and warm feelings that put people at ease and help each other feel better. This is also why the connection level in a group of strangers drastically differs between the one with a warm-up exercise and the one without.

When learning in a community,  the more we put in the space, the more we will receive from the connections and the community.

Having a conversation with someone and asking a question about their work is a warm-up we can offer each other.
