trust and the overwhelm

As AI accelerates our ability to receive and use information and change our minds, are we losing our peace?

Faster doesn’t always mean better.

During times of high uncertainty, it’s easy to fall into the trap of believing that we are competing with others over limited resources and, more importantly, the time we have to succeed. The tension designed to keep us alert and engaged competes with changes and distractions for our attention.

It is more important than ever to stay grounded in who we are and our purpose for life. By doing so, we increase our chances of continuing on our journey, saying “no” to things that aren't for us, and learning and adapting along the way.

When we trust ourselves, the world around us calms down, too.
