transparency in marketing

Transparency is more important than ever.

When interviewing our clients, one of the questions is: what is one thing that you would constantly and publicly improve, day after day?

Being transparent about your service or product, values, and beliefs is a great way to connect and build trust with your audience. Being transparent doesn’t mean that you have to share your top secret or the core technology, but bringing your audience closer with empathy and resonation.

For the complex services and products, which most of them are today, not only does sharing information help people understand who you are and what you offer but also how it contributes to their lives for the better.

It turned out that transparency in marketing is a crucial part of the customer journey and the test drive of what it looks and feels like working with us. Instead of believing sharing information with transparency should be minimal and quick, we want to offer it with care and intention.
