the small win story

In the adult learning space, there are at least two stories that we tell ourselves. One is about our limits and where to hit them, while the other is about the endless potential to push forward. These stories showed up in the classroom and practice groups.

People who believe in possibilities and are willing to put in their best efforts insist on showing up and practicing over and over. While the other is tagging along to do just the minimum and reach their limits.

After 6 weeks, people who took advantage of the practice and support in the space exceeded their learning goals. The small wins that happened repeatedly and the learning outcome gave them stories to tell and remark on their experiences.

In the change we seek to make, finding small wins helps us see the path forward.
