the culture change

What we have experienced and witnessed lately from the government, institutions, and personal endeavors continuously raises this question: what’s it for?

Instead of looking at the eight organizational culture style map for a reminder on who should be the least responsive to their people’s requests and needs (government and giant systems), who should be the most responsive to the audiences (startups, innovative businesses), taking care of people has become the primary way organizations and businesses thrive in today’s world.

The disconnection between the consistent and pervasive system needs, when running counter to serving people and our collective well-being, continues to pose challenges that require change.

Resilience systems, on the other hand, start with a change in heart.
