the creative process

Often we seek change because we are dissatisfied about something or had a bad experience. The impact is so big that we are willing to invest energy and time to investigate and care.

Bad experience has created pain at a personal level that could be distractive if we are not being careful. It's a part of the experience to feel the pain, but holding on to it too tight isn't helpful.

When change happens, it's because of resonation, something that reminds people of their experience. And resonation comes from a place where we process and internalize enough to observe: our own experience and experiences that are common among us all. Through this lens, we ask questions leading to the truth: what happened? What is working or not working? Etc.

A beautiful solution often heals, and the universal human experience opens the door to connection. We know that we are not alone.
