Running through the course is a healing process. It also works with challenges. Understanding that everything needs to go through its course helps us see the process.
We may need to slow down and figure out what we are facing:
The challenges may look like making assumptions instead of asking questions.
They may appear to be difficulties in maintaining professional boundaries.
They may appear as triggered emotions, through reactions rather than responses, driven by efficiency and instant satisfaction.
One way to tragedy is by letting challenges push us instead of us taking ownership of them.
By turning the challenges into a natural learning experience about ourselves and the course, we gain a helpful perspective.
