If you have more knowledge on a subject, teach someone.
If someone benefits from what you know, you have helped them.
It’s easy to believe the benefit only goes one way, but only you know it helps you too. Teaching requires organization, communication, and leadership. Practicing these skills with another person is an opportunity to learn and connect.
The benefits are always there for people who seek help and who want to help (even when things don’t eventually work out).
It’s up to us to learn to see them.
