Knowing who we stand with (the people we seek to serve) is how we articulate everything we do.
One of the reasons people struggle to define their mission and purpose is that they (we) haven't truly taken a stand.
The subtle but drastic difference between being aware of what we (the product or service providers) want versus what the people we serve want determines through whose lens we see the issue and how to tackle it.
Taking a stand requires us to set aside our own desires and interests.
Forget about what we want because that's not what we set out to accomplish anyway.
