When all the elements align, integrate, and reinforce each other, the system becomes a whole.
There are two ways to change a system.
One that incrementally improves the system.
The other works against it.
When we seek to make a change, it’s critical to consider: are we working to improve a system, or against it (challenge the purpose as a whole)?
