story and growth

The first time I heard the word "resourcefulness" was from my coach, Stacy.

She talked about it as she observed my decisions and actions.

It turns out that resourcefulness is a state we operate in: moving from relying on others to make things happen for us and believing that we can’t do this or that, to taking the initiative into our own hands to solve problems, make progress, and turn the impossible into possibilities.

Being resourceful is a reminder that we can figure out what we need and how/where to get it.

Change our story. Change how we grow and progress.
