Skills and challenges are two aspects that must be balanced during our learning journey.
When we first choose to learn something, we all find ourselves on a spectrum between these two elements.
For some, the same learning opportunity feels more challenging because they are at a lower skill level.
For others, it’s easier to manage because they have learned and digested enough skills to handle the challenges presented.
As service providers, our goal is not to measure and label people, but rather to continually ask ourselves: what can we do to improve their learning experience so they can genuinely enjoy these challenges?
Because it's possible.
