simplify and complicate

Oversimplifying things doesn’t help.

For example, leashing anger can never solve a problem; it only makes things worse for everyone.

The opposite is true too. Complicating things that don't need to complicate is unnecessary and a complete waste of time.

Focusing on symptoms and staying busy won't address root causes, but exhausts us and leads to burnout.

Knowing when to simplify and when to acknowledge complexity not only demonstrates our understanding of the problem, but is also a part of the learning process.
