Being genuinely curious about what people are looking for is how we meet their needs.
It's easy to think that if you want to find out what people need, just ask them. But most of the time, that doesn't work.
A better way to do that is through observation and empathy guesses: when they asked about this, they showed the need for that.
You might not always be accurate, but that's not the point. The point is that you will get better at it through practice over time.
