Without empathy, it's challenging to find problems worth solving.

Products and services that were once in our lives disappeared for a reason: they are no longer relatable today.

To know if there is a market for a product or service, it pays off to consider these questions: does it solve real problems? How well does it solve them? Do the people it serves agree?

When we figure out the problem worth solving, it's possible to solve it remarkably. After all, it is where the sales start without selling.
