It’s easy to measure children’s behavior by who complies more.
It’s easy to measure the outcome of studying by looking at the grades.
It’s easy to believe that our children didn’t waste another day in school if it's filled with tasks.
But being easy doesn’t mean working.
Instead of measuring compliance, we observe whether our children have become generous helpers to those around them.
Instead of grades, we want to hear if our children are excited about the learning they choose today.
Instead of counting tasks, we’d love to hear about failures, breakthroughs, keep-trying, and AHA moments.
Just because we are used to doing something doesn't mean we should keep doing it, especially when it no longer serves us.
