When something happens, we come to the rescue. Here is an emergency strategy that meets the requirements of speed, efficiency, and immediate results.

Rescue is crucial. However, treating rescue as a routine go-to is a short-sighted mentality. It undermines the importance of long-term goals and trivializes the work that matters.

When we have a rescue mentality towards our schools, we see incremental and persistent failure escalating over time.

Instead of reacting to crises, we must put our efforts into well-organized, long-term goals. This may require us to avoid distractions, but it will lead to future changes and progress.
