redefine stability

For some time, having a stable job has meant working for large institutions, governments, or even corporations.

But that kind of stability has changed. Maybe even more so in the future. Jobs have become increasingly unstable in today's market.

But instead of seeking the stability offered to us by others, the real stability we can count on is resilience.

Being able to learn and adapt, developing skills like empathy, listening, and connection, taking risks and rethinking what failure means, and always being helpful and contributing are just a few ways to get us started.

Stability isn’t a passive state; it's something we can actually choose and decide.
