redefine service

With the changes happening in today's world, redefining service helps us stay engaged and relevant.

For a very long time, service providers have believed our expertise means holding authority over the audiences  – we know what worked, and what didn't, and that's why people pay us for the results. A great example is selling business secrets: “Learn my secret because I made a six-figure income last year". Sure, it may have worked in the past, but it doesn’t guarantee to work anymore.

Knowledge and experiences still have value, but in many ways, businesses aren't doing the same as before. With the rapid changes and uncertainty, we all are in the same boat of navigation exploring the future of the unknown. Selling the perceived certainty might create attraction in the first place, but when the result doesn't match the promise, we are risking our reputation and trust with our audiences.

Instead of selling something that we don't know nor guarantee, making a promise to explore and co-create with knowledge, experience, and care is a better option.

Learning opens the windows and doors even when it seems impossible to see.
