possibility and belief

When we try to make something better, we take a stand on the opposing side, looking in. Where to change and what to improve aren't always obvious and easy to spot. But as long as we stick to it, we'll get there.

Taking the stand and holding the tension isn't easy, comfortable, or reassuring. We do it because improvement is possible.

Sometimes, when we talk ourselves out of something we care about, it's not because it's a bad idea or we've changed our minds, but because we don't honestly believe we can make it happen deep down.

Be aware of your (our) beliefs.
