permission to fail

We all have things that we are not good at. Even a part of the service that we provide to make a living. That’s why we are here. That’s why we need the practice. That’s why seeking perfection or feeling ashamed about something that didn’t work isn’t helpful. At all.

Having permission to fail doesn’t mean we don’t care, but on the contrary, because we care. Taking a risk to do something that might not work is the very reason we learn.

Learning is our way forward. Learning helps us understand, connect, and contribute. And learning won’t work if failure isn’t an option.
