The challenges with the “one size fits all” learning style is obvious: the limits on learning result, the people who it actually serves, the possibilities...
It confuses the content with the way we interact with each other, and creates this delusion that “one size” is all we could do when the reality is the opposite.
Human connections and interactions are anything but "one size". Through that, we exchange countless ideas, perspectives, realizations, clarities, back and forth on our collective learning journey. The very energy that inspires and motivates us to go further and do better.
Maybe, after all, “one size fits all” is not really about what we know, but what we believe.
Beware of “one size”.
