When things are not working any more, we take a pause, recognize it and make a change.
Sometimes, the change helps to turn things around, but often it may not work at all.
This can be anything we do: promoting our services, connecting with our audience, leading a community, offering a course that has been running for years, etc. etc.
When nothing seems to work, it’s easy to blame ourselves as not being enough.
There is a difference between improving skills versus accepting who we are.
Practicing skills requires time, persistence and commitment, while the latter requires nothing but self-acceptance.
The former is our way to make things better, while the latter brings self-trust, empathy and confidence.
When we are enough, anything is possible.
