micromanagement vs. micro perspective

People hate micromanagement because it interrupts and reflects distrust and fear towards employees. Instead of helping others, micromanagement does the opposite.

Micro perspective is to form a point of view through experiencing what others experience. It has little to do with managing but learning. When the boss is learning with the employees to figure out a new course or a product, experiencing what others experience and paying attention to details are ways to figure out the problems and where to improve for the better. And more importantly, it serves the big picture of the business.

Micromanagement creates problems. Micro perspective understands and helps everyone.
