Grades are a measure of studying. It doesn’t reflect our actual growth, but it’s a good indicator of the percentage of answers we get "correct" (the standard answers).
But little as many know, we can also measure learning outcomes. Instead of using grades, we focus on measuring our learning and creative confidence, as well as how the experience reshapes our beliefs about ourselves and the future.
When we pay close attention to the change we commit to make, we find ways to measure what matters.
If we can't achieve a better outcome, seeking change is pointless.
