learning and trust

When people choose to sign up for a class, rather than assuming they are simply curious about the subject, we learn to recognize how they have given us their trust.

The subject accounts for half of the enrollment process, but vetting which learning space they trust is the other half.

When we fulfill their trust expectations at every step of the way, people feel seen and heard because of the consideration and thoughtful insights communicated verbally and through non-verbal cues.

There is us insist on doing what works for us. And there is us insist on serving the people we seek to serve.
