It’s easy to underestimate how being busy affects our lives.
When being busy, we are more likely to move fast and think less. Seeking efficiency from everything we do seems sensible. But when efficiency becomes life goal, we might lose sight to see other things beyond that, things that we value and sustain our living.
Efficiency rarely makes to the top human needs, but purpose, love, and connection do. Efficiency can be replaced with endless innovation, but time with the others is irreplaceable.
