One of the challenges in the learning space is to integrate what we have learned into our daily lives.
Another challenge that many of us face is to integrate our mind and being.
One way to practice the inner integration is to surrender. Not to anybody else, but self. It doesn’t have to be a meditation. It doesn’t have to be long. Feeling our emotions and staying with self, even for just a brief moment, can be helpful.
Going around with our mind only is the most disconnected self that one could be.
It serves nobody.
