The most common reason we insist on changing an established system is that it doesn’t serve.
There are a few options we get to choose from:
Telling the systems that they don’t work.
Being angry and venting at every interaction.
Building a system to compete with the established.
Organizing people to work against the system.
Creating something that actually works and offering it to the established system as an alternative.
Say nothing.
Do nothing.
When you learn that everyone has the power to change a system, what will you choose to insist on doing?
