We are not talking about the application that parents need to fill out for our students to attend school. Instead, it’s the emotional onboarding that needs to happen for students to get on the learning journey ahead.
At the heart of enrollment is acceptance. Schools accept students by standing in their perspective to look at studying and learning, may it be their interests, passions, or dreams, to maximize engagement possibilities.
Until our schools are willing to see everything through the lens of enrollment, disconnection and requirements for compliance persist.
