What’s enough for you might not be enough for me.
When noticing resistance, often our body and mind are trying to tell us something. It’s tricky when resistance persists. Accepting that we are longing for something else might not resolve anything directly and immediately, but it often does by creating a pause for a chance to reset.
A pause, regardless of how long or short, might be enough to take a step back and see where we are on the journey, take a breather, and decide where to go from here.
