emotional muscle

Considering our flexibility and strength in emotions as muscles make it easier to understand our capabilities.

Often, when things are invisible, it’s more challenging to believe they are measurable. But they are.

Being in the best state to connect with people and situations is one way to manage multiple projects, big or small.

Holding our triggered emotions and posture while processing our triggers and grounding ourselves through continuous shifting is a way to navigate the most intense situations and conversations and reach an outcome that works for all.

Staying with and learning from the generous feedback (thank you for giving!), criticism and the truth (the scary honesty) are key paths to growth and change.

None of these is possible without the emotional muscles.

The daily practice of self-connection helps us build the muscles we need the most but don’t often recognize.
