Distance is helpful when we create it with intention.


When something triggered our emotions, distance from the trigger for the time being is necessary for self-connection in the alone space.


When losing sight of the work in the nitty-gritty, distance is helpful to remind us of the big picture and the direction we are heading to.


When having doubts, distance can be helpful to get clarity about the next actionable step.

When distance is an effective way to help us lean in with heart and connection, it’s not an end but a means towards something better.
