difference

We often ask this question: How can I make a difference? It’s not because we think that we are better. It’s not because it’s convenient. But because this is how we serve. Not only to customers, but also to our children.

One thing we can do is model our behaviors. It’s not because we are perfect. It’s not because we know better. But because we say what we mean.

To become a learning advocate, we also adopt a learner’s mindset: we are not afraid of making mistakes by doing something new, we do not take undesired outcomes personally, but we keep trying, share what we have learned, and remember to be helpful to others.
