courage

It’s easier to honor fear and hide.

When things are getting uncomfortable, we choose not to say anything.

When we mistakenly think we can’t afford to lose someone, instead of correcting course and being clear about the consequences, we walk around the person and the situation. Instead of praising excellence, we offer coffee and snacks (they help, but they are not the point).

Courage is not just about challenging a giant system; it manifests in everything we do, big and small. And it is how we take responsibility, hold ourselves accountable, and keep our integrity and promises true.
