The scarcity mentality tells us that there isn’t enough business for everyone, so we become fearful by viewing and treating our peers as competitors and threats.
In contrast, the opposite mindset says that there is enough for everyone. By working together and supporting one another, we can raise the average, allowing all of us to find a way forward.
We are at a point in history that requires us to work together so everyone can learn and figure it out.
