Many of us need coaching at some point in life.
Coaching is a work that helps us realize about ourselves. One of the differences between having a coach versus not is the capacity to face adversity and disconnection. Having odds with opinions and people around us is normal, but reconnecting with self and others can be challenging.
When facing a gap that's beyond our capacity to close, coaching can make a difference.
With inner barriers, we have two choices: work through them and move on, or wrestle with them every time they show up. If coaching helps us do the former, why do we hold onto the latter?
