They are not the same.
People who are confused between the two share the same pattern: the imagined outcome has everything to do with power, money, and fame, but little to do with the people they seek to serve and how the change makes a difference for those they choose to speak up for.
If we can’t see the people first, it’s hard to believe we care enough to make a change.
