change or winning

That was the first time I realized winning and change are two different things. In many ways, a change doesn't always feel like winning. It happens because someone or something has shifted.

When seeking change instead of winning, we have a broader lens and much more grounded posture to see everything rather than simply taking actions driven by competition and egos.

Letting go of the winning desire, we can focus on things that actually make a difference.
