As human being, we make changes all the time.
Something isn’t working, we change it. When changing isn’t easy, we change our environment to try something else. Either way, change happens.
Awareness of our change isn’t obvious all the time. When the change aligns with our thinking pattern, it becomes a natural result: “of course I would do that”.
Predicting its impact on the other people might be even more challenging. It requires imagination, understanding and, most of all, empathy to have the capacity to do so.
When noticing a change is working against our relationship with the others, it might be helpful to pause and observe.
Don’t forget why we start in the first place.
