It looks different from person to person.
One of the burnout symptoms is continuously feeling anxious, and another is racing in the body. We feel overwhelmed and are driven by the need to catch up and get more done. We constantly stretch our physical, mental, and emotional limits without realizing we're going overboard.
Losing self-connection and grounding keeps us overwhelmed instead of focusing our energy and getting stuff done.
Not overextending ourselves and pursuing endless goals beyond our capacity, reconnecting with our inner selves, and reminding ourselves of our needs can sustain our focus and endurance.
Remember, sometimes, the best way to speed up is to slow down. When we take the time to rest and recharge, we increase our productivity and effectiveness in the long run.
