back to school night

At the start of the school year, schools communicate with parents about what to anticipate for the year ahead. Many parents don’t think it’s a big deal, but it is.

Our children spend an average of 7 hours a day, 5 days a week for 10 months at school, that is a lot of time. Knowing what they do and how schools assist them progress in learning and studying is one way to help our children.

It turned out that the information shared was helpful. Until parents know what the school is actually doing, offering feedback to the school that helps our children get what they need is nearly impossible.
