Platforms and technologies are inclusive, allowing everyone to participate and connect with the world. There are at least three motivations out there:
- Self-expression to be a part of something bigger – participation is the goal.
- We are showing off our crafts, practice, and skills – the goal is to build following.
- By standing out, we make change happen – earning an opportunity to be heard, spread an idea, and connect to others on the journey is the goal.
When the motivation and goal align, we learn to make it happen.
