We all have the same amount of time, but how we use it effectively might differ from person to person. 

 

Ready to take control of your time? Here are three things worth considering:

 

1. Figure out the priorities. What must we accomplish without negotiation, and how much time are we willing to spend on them daily in the week? 

 

2. Align our story, energy, and emotions. When not being productive, we might have inner conflicts we aren't conscious of. 

 

3. Put it on the calendar. Scheduling things on the calendar is one way to remind us and get things done. 

 

We might not need more time, but understanding ourselves helps create a process that actually works.
